Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Repair Services
Shah Mobile Service provides mobile device repair services. All prices quoted after free diagnosis are fixed and final. No additional charges will be applied without customer consent.
2. Warranty
Repairs carry a warranty period as stated at time of service (typically 30–180 days). Warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover new damage, water damage, or physical damage after repair.
3. Device Liability
Shah Mobile Service is not responsible for pre-existing conditions undiscovered at intake. Data recovery is best-effort and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend backing up your device before any repair.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of repair. We accept cash, UPI, and card payments. Devices will not be released until payment is complete.
